All our valuations are produced under the RICS Redbook format and comply with the RICS Redbook Guidance Rules.

At BRICS Surveyors, we can provide valuations for all types of purposes. 

Weather it be for a Help to buy, Shared ownership/staircasing of ownership,  Probate and inheritance tax, Sale and purchase valuations and Matrimonial/divorce settlements. 

We also offer a valuation as part of our Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys.
